CoreOP Cookie Policy
Last Updated: May 6, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Aviluxe Aviation LLC d/b/a CoreOP ("CoreOP," "we," "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the CoreOP websites at coreop.io and any subdomains (the "Websites") and within the CoreOP platform and applications (the "Service").
This Cookie Policy supplements our Privacy Policy at coreop.io/legal/privacy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit, such as your preferred language and login state, and to recognize you on return visits. We also use related technologies, including pixel tags, web beacons, local storage, and software development kits (collectively with cookies, "Cookies"), which serve similar purposes.
Cookies set by us when you visit the Websites or use the Service are called first-party Cookies. Cookies set by other parties on our properties are called third-party Cookies.
Cookies may be session Cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent Cookies (stored until they expire or you delete them).
Categories of Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These Cookies are required for the Service and Websites to function. They enable core features such as authentication, session management, security, load balancing, and form submission. You cannot opt out of strictly necessary Cookies because the Service will not work without them.
Functional
These Cookies remember choices you make to provide a better experience, such as your language, region, time zone, theme, and recently viewed items.
Analytics and performance
These Cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Websites and how customers use the Service, so we can measure and improve performance, identify issues, and prioritize features. They typically collect aggregated and pseudonymized information such as page views, time on page, navigation paths, browser and device characteristics, and approximate location derived from IP address.
Marketing and advertising
On our Websites (not within the authenticated Service), we may use Cookies set by us or by advertising and marketing partners to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, attribute conversions, and (depending on your jurisdiction and your choices) deliver relevant ads on third-party websites and platforms.
We do not place advertising Cookies inside the authenticated Service.
Specific Cookies and providers
The specific Cookies in use change over time as we update our tooling. Below is a representative list of the categories of providers we may use:
| Category | Representative providers |
|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Vercel (hosting), Supabase (authentication), our session cookies |
| Functional | Our preference cookies, theme cookies |
| Analytics and performance | Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics, product analytics tools |
| Marketing and advertising (Websites only) | Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, advertising attribution platforms |
A current and detailed list, including specific Cookie names and durations where available, is provided in our cookie consent management interface (where displayed) and on request to support@coreop.io.
Your choices
Cookie consent banner
In jurisdictions where required, we display a cookie consent banner on first visit. You can grant or withhold consent for non-essential Cookie categories and change your preferences at any time by clicking "Cookie Preferences" or "Your Privacy Choices" in the Website footer.
Browser controls
Most web browsers let you control Cookies through your browser settings. You can typically:
- Block all Cookies
- Block third-party Cookies only
- Delete Cookies after each session
- See a notice before a Cookie is stored
- Delete existing Cookies
If you block Cookies, parts of the Websites and Service may not function correctly.
For instructions on managing Cookies in popular browsers, see your browser's help documentation.
Mobile device controls
On mobile devices, you can typically reset advertising identifiers and limit ad tracking through your device settings (for example, in iOS through "Tracking" and "Apple Advertising" settings, and in Android through "Ads" settings).
Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") browser signal as an opt-out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in jurisdictions where the law requires recognition of universal opt-out mechanisms. To enable GPC, install a browser or extension that supports it (see globalprivacycontrol.org).
Industry opt-outs
For interest-based advertising delivered by participating providers, you can opt out at:
- Digital Advertising Alliance: optout.aboutads.info
- Network Advertising Initiative: optout.networkadvertising.org
- European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance: youronlinechoices.eu
These opt-outs are managed by industry associations, not by us, and they only cover participating providers.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no industry standard for how to interpret these signals, we do not currently respond to them. We do, however, honor the GPC signal as described above.
Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at coreop.io/legal/cookies with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated as described in our Privacy Policy.
