Built for the operators who keep aviation moving.

CoreOP is the operating system for service businesses, starting with aviation detailing.

From the Founder

Braxton, Founder of CoreOP

When I started looking at how aviation detailing businesses actually run, I found a pattern that did not match the software being sold to them. Operators were stitching together five or six tools to do the work of one. CRMs built for sales teams. Scheduling apps built for plumbers. Spreadsheets holding the whole thing together.

CoreOP started with a simple question. What if the software was actually built for how aviation detailing businesses operate, instead of forcing operators to bend their workflow around generic tools?

That question turned into 165 features and a platform that handles client management, quoting, scheduling, crews, and invoicing as one system. Not bolted together. Built together.

My background sits at the intersection of aviation and software. I have spent time on both sides of the hangar door, and I have spent time building the technical infrastructure that powers modern operations platforms. CoreOP is what happens when those two perspectives meet.

CoreOP Aviation is the first product. The vision is bigger. We are building the operating system for vertical service industries, starting with aviation detailing and expanding into auto, marine, and beyond. Each one purpose built. None of them generic.

If you operate an aviation detailing business and you are tired of software that was not made for you, we built CoreOP for you.

Why CoreOP exists

Aviation detailing is a specialized operation that has been served by generalized software. The result is a category of businesses running on tools that were not designed for aircraft databases, FBO coordination, brightwork tracking, or hangar logistics.

Most platforms in this space ask operators to adapt. CoreOP was built the other way around. Every feature, every workflow, every line of copy in the product was shaped by how aviation detailing businesses actually operate.

The goal is simple. Replace the patchwork. Eliminate duplicate entry. Give operators a single platform that runs the entire business from quote to crew to invoice.

Our approach

CoreOP is built on three principles that shape every product decision.

Industry first

We do not build for everyone. We build for one industry at a time, deeply, with workflows that match how that industry operates.

Operator led

Product direction is shaped by people who run the businesses our software serves. Not by what is easiest to build, but by what operators actually need.

Infrastructure grade

CoreOP is meant to run a business, not assist with one. That standard shows up in reliability, depth, and the absence of compromise.

Advisory and expertise

CoreOP draws on a network of advisors with direct experience in aviation operations, service business management, and software infrastructure. Our advisors have run detailing crews, managed flight departments, scaled service businesses, and built operations platforms.

Their input shapes the product roadmap, the operational playbooks we publish, and the standards we hold ourselves to as we expand into new verticals.

What is next

CoreOP Aviation is the foundation. The category we are building is much larger.

Auto detailing, marine detailing, and additional vertical operating systems are in development. Each will follow the same pattern. Built specifically for the industry it serves. Designed by operators. Engineered as infrastructure.

If you run a service business in any of these categories, the operating system you deserve is on the way.
