Switching

Coming from EBIS, Corridor, or a filing cabinet.

Concrete migration paths for each source. What we import, how long it takes, what it costs, who does the work.

From EBIS

Coming from EBIS

EBIS was acquired in October 2025 and folded into a suite built for airlines. Repair stations are inheriting product decisions made for a very different operation. If that fits, stay. If it doesn't, we make the move straightforward.

What we import

  • Customers + aircraft records
  • Open work orders + task history
  • Parts catalog + stock levels
  • Vendors + release cert history
  • Training + authorization records
  • Invoices, payments, and AR aging

Timeline

2–3 weeks for a mid-size shop.

Cost

Included in onboarding up to 3 years of history. Older archives: paid tier.

Who does the work

CoreOP migration engineer + one point of contact on your side.

From Corridor

Coming from Corridor

Corridor's modular structure means data lives in the specific modules you own. We import what you have, note what you don't (usually intelligence + a couple of add-ons), and hand you a single system on the other side.

What we import

  • Customers + aircraft + tail-number history
  • Open work orders + labor + parts posting
  • Inventory + stock unit history
  • Cert docs (release, 8130-3, EASA)
  • Warranty + NCR records (if you own the modules)
  • Financials via Corridor's export + QuickBooks reconciliation

Timeline

3–4 weeks for a mid-size shop. Longer if you own many add-on modules.

Cost

Base import included. Per-module extras billed at fixed price.

Who does the work

CoreOP migration engineer. Corridor sunset checklist provided so you know what to cancel and when.

From Filing cabinet

Coming from Filing cabinet

No electronic system today — records on paper or in a shared drive. This is the fastest migration because there's nothing to reconcile. We set up the shop from scratch, on your workflows.

What we import

  • Aircraft list from your customer roster (uploaded via CSV)
  • Parts catalog seeded from your last three POs
  • Training records digitized from your paper matrix
  • Open work moved forward as fresh visits — no legacy work-order import

Timeline

1 week to running. Historical digitization runs in parallel after go-live.

Cost

Base setup included. Historical digitization billed by page volume.

Who does the work

CoreOP onboarding + your shop admin. No migration engineer needed.
