Run the whole floor.
Visits contain work orders. Work orders contain task cards. Task cards carry labor, parts, sign off, and a required inspection flag. The board runs the shop, not a whiteboard.

Visit. Work order. Task card. Sign off.
A visit is the aircraft in the door. It contains one or more work orders, each covering an inspection, a repair, a modification, or a scheduled service. Each work order breaks into task cards, and each task card is the smallest unit of work a technician performs, signs, and closes.
Visit opens.
Intake produces the visit with the aircraft, the customer, the arrival snapshot, and the initial squawks.
Work orders route.
The dispatcher opens work orders for the inspection, repair, or scheduled service scope. Standard scopes pull from your job library.
Task cards execute.
Task cards carry labor, parts, and required inspection flags. Techs log time from the aircraft. Parts consumption ties the 8130 tag to the task.
Sign off closes.
Dual sign off where required. Return to service generated from the work. Customer notified. Records land in the audit pack automatically.

Two signatures where two are required.
Required inspection items are flagged at the task level. The system enforces the dual sign off: the technician who did the work, and the authorized RII inspector who verifies it. The close button is not available until both signatures are on the record and the certificate authority is valid.
- RII flag lives on the task card, not on a separate sign off sheet.
- Only an inspector with the correct authorization can sign the second slot. Enforcement is at the DB level.
- Signatures capture the tech, the inspector, the timestamp, and the certificate authority in one row.
- Sign off queue routes the right items to the right inspector, sorted by aircraft readiness.

Every open task by technician, aircraft, and hangar.
The execution board shows what is in progress right now: which task, which tech, which aircraft, which hangar bay. Filter by shift, by aircraft, by work order. Reassign with a click. Labor time posts to the work order in real time from the technician at the aircraft, not on a Friday afternoon catch up.
Scheduling is on the same board. Slots are aircraft aware, hangar aware, and technician skill aware. Nothing overbooked. Nothing hidden in a spreadsheet.

The right person for the sign off, every time.
Every technician carries a certificate profile: airframe and powerplant ratings, inspection authorization, avionics endorsements, expirations, and shop specific privileges. The system knows who can sign for what and refuses signatures that do not fit. Expirations surface before they cause a scramble.
- A and P, IA, avionics endorsements, and shop specific privileges tracked per person.
- Expirations surface 30, 60, and 90 days out in the compliance strip.
- The sign off enforcement layer refuses signatures that do not match the required rating for the task.

Nothing sneaks up on a return to service.
Operational compliance is what you owe every aircraft every day. Airworthiness directives, service bulletins, scheduled inspections, and life limited components are tracked per aircraft, per component, with the due condition in the aircraft language: hours, cycles, or calendar. The due soon engine surfaces what is coming up on the next visit, the next month, and the next year.

Performed 100-hr insp per Cessna MM CH 5. Replaced L eng cowl fastener and R main gear tire. Aircraft approved for return to service.
RTS produced from the work performed.
When the last task closes, the return to service record is generated from the tasks, the parts, the sign offs, and the parts tags. Nothing to retype. Nothing to reconcile. The RTS is a byproduct of the work, not a second job at the end of the visit.
- RTS record generated from the executed tasks and their sign offs.
- Maintenance record updated on the aircraft, ready for export any time.
- Customer notification with the RTS record ready for download.

Task by task. Sign off by sign off. The visit closes, the aircraft leaves ready for release, and the records are already in the audit pack. The night shift does not stay for paperwork.
